Forty tools across four disciplines plus a reference library. Priority is set by how much sourcing each tool needs — we ship what the on-hand PADI manual and public-domain math support first, then unlock the rest as JM acquires the canonical texts listed in knowledge/.

How to read this diagram. Boxes are individual tools. Color = priority (see legend above). Recreational nodes are mostly P0 because PADI/DSAT 2009 lives in knowledge/. Cave and sidemount nodes are mostly P2 because we have citation roadmaps but no on-hand source text. Glossary and citation pages ride at P0 because they pay back across every other tool.

2 tools live as of 2026-05-01. nitrox-planner.html rolls up NDL Lookup + MOD/EAD + CNS oxygen clock into one S1 P0 anchor. sac-rmv-calculator.html covers SAC/RMV with metric+imperial, custom tanks, and a gas-projection mode. Next P0 candidate: Boyle's Law visualizer (different format — animation/SVG — to round out the P0 set with a true visualizer, plus Etsy printable upside).

Build sequence

Three sprints, three priority tiers. Everything in P0 is buildable today. P1 unlocks once JM downloads the US Navy Diving Manual (free, ~30 min). P2 is gated on acquired commercial texts — see the knowledge/ acquisition list.

The diagram and the build sequence are in sync. If a tool is in P0 here, it's ready to brief; if it's P2, it's still gated on sourcing. Keep this file as the source of truth — when a tool ships, promote it visually (e.g. add a :::done class) and re-prioritize the next batch.

Etsy printable angle. Every Printable node has dual life — same SVG content can render as an interactive HTML embed and as a 300 dpi A4 / Letter PDF for an Etsy bundle. Hand signals (rec / tech / cave), gas planning cheat sheets, and the 5 Rules card are the strongest standalone print products.

What's missing on purpose. No DCS treatment-tables tool. No personal "is this dive safe for me" wizard. No specific cave-system route guidance. No CCR run-time modeling. Those require live medical or instructor judgement no static tool can replace — they're flagged out-of-scope in CLAUDE.md and each discipline's knowledge file.
